Cobalt Turquoise Pigment (PB28) is a mineral pigment of calcined oxides of titanium and cobalt. It is opaque, has a medium tinting strength and excellent lightfastness. It is stable in all media including ceramics. Cobalt Turquoise is a relatively new pigment.
