For more than 140 years, Drei Sterne, (Three Stars in English), has been producing fine chalks in Germany. It is still owned by descendants of its founder, Anton Franz Mörtel In the 1920's, Drei Sterne significantly increased the quality of chalk production when it began making stoneless and dustless chalk. They continue to manufacture a well-edited and respected range of chalks and crayons.
Each box contains 12 pieces of chalk wrapped in Drei Sterne's special paper coating to protect your fingers from chalk residue. The chalk sticks are rectangular and come with a pointed tip to make fine markings easier.
