Ford and TechShop, Inc. have come together in a collaborative effort to open this TechShop location in the Detroit area. Adjacent to Ford's Dearborn product development campus, TechShop Detroit-Allen Park is a 33,000-plus-square-foot facility that welcomes all innovators, from backyard tinkerers to software engineers, to use one's resources and bring an idea to life or invent the next big thing. The facility is fully equipped with cutting-edge tools, equipment and computers. Most importantly, TechShop offers space to make, and the support and camaraderie of a community of makers.
