Located in the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, TechShop Chandler provides ASU students and Chandler area makers, entrepreneurs and innovators access to a wide range of machinery, tools, software and a vibrant community. The ASU Chandler Innovation Center is an engineering and technology-based education and research hub located in downtown Chandler at the city's former public works yard. TechShop Chandler is one of eight facilities located throughout the country and is a membership-based, do-it-yourself (DIY) workshop and fabrication studio providing access to a vibrant community of highly creative people and more than $1 million worth of quality machines, tools and software. From CNC prototyping tools to textiles equipment, laser cutting to electronics, welders to machine shop equipment, TechShop's classes provide artists, entrepreneurs, hobbyists, tinkerers, and makers of all ages with the skills needed to build and create their dreams.
