Oahu Makerspace is a small collaboration of crafters providing the Kaka'ako community with a workshop, community of like-minded makers, space and equipment. The organization's goal is to bring hands-on experience, through the creation of tangible projects, to the larger community. The space also runs educational and practical classes where people can learn basic woodworking, metal working, welding and electronics skills.
