Cambridge Makespace is a non-profit community-driven inventing shed driven by three main aims: to support existing and new businesses, to raise awareness of and skills in engineering and manufacturing, and to provide a fun place for people to hangout and work on projects. The space houses manufacturing and prototyping facilities and provides the surrounding community a space to meet, work, build, socialise and do amazing things. Its activities are organised by community members both in the space and elsewhere in Cambridge.
